Swam today

Did not make it up for the masters class (my children have decided to give up sleeping for the rest of the summer apparently), so I swam on my lunch. Did a 200 warmup, and then 1100 (29:31). Felt good.

Yesterday I got to the gym and did 30 min elliptical and 45 min of strength and core training.
