Back from Camp!

It was a success. The whole family even survived, not too worse for wear.

In the interest of time I am going to copy my training log from BT over here so you can track what I did for the week. Just spent 30 min updating it.

So while at camp in mountains rode up a trail road on my mountain bike. 25 min uphill, nine back down. :)
