Yeah for me! Caught up with my exercise log and I had a heck of a swim this morning.
I did:
500 yd warm up free
4x50 @ 1:04-1:10
100 - streamlines
100 - Skates
4 x 50 @ :59 - :1:04
3 sets of 100 + 75 + 50 + 25
:)
1850 total yards (the length of the pool 74 times) is certainly a personal best for me :) :) :)
(ooh and possibly an exciting development about my training story...more to come)
